Netflix is giving fans a cinematic first look at One Piece as the streamer prepares to launch the second season on March 10. The first two episodes will debut in over 200 theaters across the U.S., Canada, and Japan the same day, with showings scheduled for 6 p.m. local time. Tickets go on sale February 26 and can be accessed through a dedicated Netflix fan site. Participating theaters in the U.S. include AMC, Regal, Cinemark, Alamo and Cineplex, with additional venues joining in Canada and Japan.

Season 2 follows Luffy (Iñaki Godoy), Zoro (Mackenyu), Nami (Emily Rudd), Usopp (Jacob Romero) and Sanji (Taz Skylar) as they journey to the Grand Line, a legendary stretch of sea filled with peril and wonder. Along the way, they explore strange islands, recruit new allies, and confront formidable enemies while searching for the world’s greatest treasure.

The season also introduces Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday, alongside a large ensemble cast including Anton David Jeftha, Brendan Sean Murray, Callum Kerr, Camrus Johnson, Clive Russell, Daniel Lasker, David Dastmalchian, Joe Manganiello, Katey Sagal and many others.

Co-showrun by Matt Owens and Joe Tracz, the series boasts executive producers including manga creator Eiichiro Oda, Marty Adelstein, Becky Clements, Tetsu Fujimura, Chris Symes, and Steven Maeda through Tomorrow Studios. This theatrical preview follows the precedent set by Netflix for the series finale of Stranger Things, which also received a special big-screen release.

Fans attending the screenings will experience the high-stakes adventures of the Straw Hat Pirates in a communal setting before the series streams directly on Netflix, bridging the excitement of cinema with the accessibility of home streaming.
