Sydney Sweeney ends business ties with ex fiancé Jonathan Davino after breakup
Sydney Sweeney dissolves company with ex fiancé Jonathan Davino, signaling full personal and professional split

Sydney Sweeney has officially ended her final professional connection with ex-fiancé Jonathan Davino, marking a complete separation nearly a year after their relationship ended.
According to TMZ, the actress dissolved their joint production company, Fifty Fifty Films LLC, which they founded in 2019 during the early stages of their relationship. The company produced projects including the romantic comedy Anyone But You and the horror film Immaculate.
Filing documents submitted in December 2025 confirmed the dissolution was approved by all members. Reports indicate that Sweeney bought out Davino’s stake in the company to move forward independently.
In January 2026, she launched a new entity under a similar name, Fifty Fifty Films Inc., this time solely under her leadership. She is listed as chief executive officer, chief financial officer, and secretary, signaling full control over the venture.
The business split follows the end of their engagement, which had been called off earlier in 2025. Sweeney and Davino began dating in 2018 and got engaged in 2022, but officially separated by March 2025.
Sources previously told Us Weekly that despite their breakup, the pair remained on good terms and maintained communication due to their intertwined personal and professional lives.
In recent months, Sweeney has also been linked to Scooter Braun, after they were seen together at public events, including a high-profile wedding in Venice. However, sources describe the relationship as casual, with the actress focused primarily on her career.
Sweeney has also spoken about the challenges of maintaining privacy in relationships, noting that navigating love in the public eye has been difficult after years of keeping her personal life out of the spotlight.
