Information action plan approved

The Provincial Information Committee of the Central Apex Committee on Friday approved a Comprehensive Plan of Action for the Information Domain under the Revised National Action Plan (RNAP) 2021.

The meeting was chaired by Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon. According to officials, the plan includes coordinated campaigns across electronic, digital, and outdoor media platforms, as well as initiatives to strengthen the national narrative through films and documentaries.

Strategies to counter extremist messaging and what was described as "enemy propaganda" following the so-called "Battle of Right" were also discussed.
