Lewis Hamilton faces backlash after Super Bowl appearance with Kim Kardashian amid romance rumours

The two were recently reported to have spent time together in Europe, including trips to the UK fuelling romance buzz

Lewis Hamilton has faced a wave of online backlash after appearing publicly with Kim Kardashian at Super Bowl LX, where the pair were spotted sitting together at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara on Sunday.

The photos and videos, which were broadcast internationally during the game, quickly spread across social media and the prospect of a romantic relationship between the two prompted strong reactions from some of the Formula One driver’s supporters.

Footage showed Hamilton and Kardashian smiling and talking in the stands, marking their first public outing as a couple.

Kardashian wore an all-black outfit with a diamond choker and debut bangs, while Hamilton kept a low-key profile beside her. While the appearance generated widespread attention, it also sparked disappointment among fans who had closely followed Hamilton’s personal values and public stances.

Criticism was particularly vocal among supporters who referenced Hamilton’s advocacy on social and political issues.
