Three girls burnt to death
Short circuit triggers blaze in home

Three minors girls were burnt to death after a fire broke out in a wooden room of their house in Basti Baseera, Layyah on Tuesday.
According to rescue service sources, the fire erupted due to a short circuit and quickly spread to adjoining rooms, engulfing household items and resulting in the deaths of three children.
The deceased were identified as Arooj Fatima, aged three, Javeria Batool, seven, and 18-month-old Dua Fatima. Fire brigade teams reached the scene, brought the fire under control and launched a cooling operation.
Meanwhile, fires broke out in two factories on Sargodha Road in Faisalabad due to an oil pipe leakage and a short circuit, causing heavy damage to machinery, fabric and stored materials.
In Nishatabad, a fabrics factory's dyeing unit was gutted after a petrol pipe leak sparked a blaze, which rescue teams doused after hours of effort.
In another incident at Chak No. 7-JB, a printing factory caught fire due to a short circuit and was destroyed before Rescue 1122 brought the flames under control.
