Winter session: SC disposes of 419 cases

The Supreme Court remained operational during its winter session, with benches functioning from December 18 to December 31,2025 at the Principal Seat, Islamabad, and Branch Registries at Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta.

During the interim session even, cases were regularly instituted, fixed, and decided at the principal seat and all registries. In total, 646 cases were instituted, 672 cases were taken up for hearing, and 419 cases were disposed of nationwide.

Benches dealt with urgent and scheduled matters in accordance with established procedures.
