A district and sessions court in Islamabad has declared former K-P CM Ali Amin Gandapur a proclaimed offender. The court has also issued arrest warrants against him.
Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hasan Chishti heard the case related to the recovery of liquor and weapons on Wednesday. Gandapur did not appear before the court.
Due to his continuous failure to appear, the court declared him a proclaimed offender. The judicial magistrate announced the decision verbally during the hearing. Gandapur, a PTI leader, is facing a case registered at Bara Kahu Police Station in 2016.
