Robbers' gang posing as family busted

LAHORE:

Gulberg police arrested two suspects who kept a child with them while robbing citizens in busy commercial areas. According to a spokesperson, Saddam and Yousaf were arrested from near Sultan Park.

The police said the suspects posed as a family to avoid suspicion while conducting reconnaissance in different markets before stealing mobile phones, motorcycles and other valuables when an opportunity arose. Police claimed to have recovered two mobile phones, a motorcycle and a pistol from them.
