Court records reviewed by PEOPLE show that Victoria had been arrested at least twice in the year leading up to her death. On April 28, 2025, she was taken into custody in Napa County, California, and charged with three misdemeanors: obstructing a peace officer, being under the influence of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. She pleaded not guilty.
Nearly two months later, on June 17, 2025, Victoria was detained again in Napa County on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge, entering a not guilty plea on July 1.
