Tableeghi Ijtima ends with call for shunning hate, negativity

The four-day Tableeghi Jamaat congregation in Karachi concluded on Sunday with sermons and collective prayers calling on people to shun negativity, hatred, and materialism and adopt Islamic values.
The concluding sermon was delivered after Fajr prayers by Maulana Zia-ul-Haq, while the final supplication was led by Maulana Ahmed Batla. The Orangi Town venue remained packed, with many participants standing in surrounding areas to attend the final address and prayer. Religious scholars prayed for Pakistan's stability, prosperity, and the resolution of national challenges, stressing that Islam offers guidance for social and economic issues.
The speakers emphasised preparation for the hereafter, regular prayers, seeking forgiveness, respecting others' rights, simplicity in life, and avoiding unnecessary expenses.
