PESHAWAR:

esidents of Basit Shaheed Colony staged a protest against unannounced and prolonged power outages, threatening to block Ring Road if the situation is not addressed immediately.

On densely populated Warsak Road, locals have been enduring continuous seven to eight-hour daily power cuts.
