The Sindh Police has launched a province-wide online application to record tenant information, officials said. The digitisation process is ongoing across several departments of the Sindh Police.

The new system, named "Tenant Registration For Urban Security & Tracking", is available on the Sindh Police's official website, enabling property owners to easily register tenant information online.

Under the Rent Act, landlords are required to provide tenant information to the relevant police station. Previously, this process required in-person visits, but the website now allows legal registration to be completed online from home.

The Sindh Police initiative allows online registration under the Residential Act, enabling authorities to maintain verified records of tenants. Citizens can save time and avoid visiting police stations by completing registration online.

The online system provides verified tenant records and is part of the Sindh Police’s broader effort to digitise administrative processes. Authorities have urged citizens to register tenants through the platform to comply with legal requirements.

syed osama ahmed | 6 days ago | Reply Dear Support Team I hope you are well. I am writing to report a functional issue in the Sindh Police Tenant Registration System regarding Estate Agent and Owner approval workflow. I am logged in as an Estate Agent but I am facing the following two issues which are creating a circular blockage Issue 1 Owner Selection CNIC Issue When I try to add a property the system asks me to select the owner and enter the owner s CNIC. However it then shows a message that the owner has no property added in the system and therefore the process cannot continue. Issue 2 Owner Approval Issue At the same time the system requires that the owner must approve the estate agent s access before I can add or manage the property. However since the property is not added yet the owner has no option available to approve access which creates a deadlock situation. Because of this - The agent cannot add the property without owner approval - The owner cannot approve the agent without an existing property Kindly guide us on - The correct workflow to resolve this issue or - Whether the owner should add the property first or - If any manual approval or configuration is required from your side My details are as follows Name Syed Osama Ahmed Role Estate Agent Registered Email syedosama8887@gmail.com I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter so that tenant registration can be completed smoothly. Thank you for your time and support. Best regards Syed Osama Ahmed Estate Agent
