Ray J has renewed his legal claims accusing Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner of racketeering and fraud

Ray J has renewed his racketeering claims against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner, alleging the reality stars conspired to defraud the public.

The musician, 44, claims in court filings obtained by TMZ that the SKIMS founder, 45, and her mother, 70, worked with Vivid Entertainment to “defraud the public with their fake [defamation] lawsuit.”

“To me, Kim and Kris have repeatedly engaged in a criminal enterprise and racketeering activity, violating RICO over and over again. I have no doubt about that,” Ray J said in the documents.

He further compared the alleged actions of Kardashian and Jenner to the accusations previously faced by Sean “Diddy” Combs in his federal sex trafficking trial, stating their purported violations were “worse.”

The dispute traces back to October, when Kardashian and Jenner filed a defamation suit after Ray J claimed he was cooperating with federal authorities to build a RICO case against them.

Ray J responded with a countersuit, alleging the pair conspired with Vivid Entertainment to release his 2003 sex tape with Kardashian and committed credit card fraud against him and his family.

He maintains that the 2003 tape was filmed consensually and that the decision to release it in 2006 involved both Kardashian and Jenner, with all parties signing an agreement through Vivid Entertainment.

Ray J also claims the stars, alongside Kanye West, later accused him of sexual assault and revenge porn on their Hulu series, violating a previous $6 million settlement that barred public discussion of the tape.

In his latest filings, Ray J alleges he was “defrauded” into signing the settlement and that Kardashian’s lawyers attempted to extort him over a 2024 podcast discussion about the tape.

Representatives for Kardashian, Jenner, and Ray J have not commented publicly.
