The man who previously rushed Ariana Grande on the red carpet at the “Wicked: For Good” premiere in Singapore was removed from a Lady Gaga concert in Australia on Tuesday.
Johnson Wen — known online as “Pyjama Man” — was escorted out of Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane ahead of Gaga’s Mayhem Ball tour stop after fans recognized him and alerted security.
Videos circulating on social media show Wen standing near the crowd before security approached and removed him from the venue. Concertgoers can be heard shouting for him to be taken out, with some cheering as guards escorted him away. Wen later posted on Instagram, claiming he was removed before the show even started, writing, “Got kicked out of Lady Gaga concert! The early fans were booing me.”

Wen gained international attention on Nov. 13 after he jumped a barricade during the “Wicked: For Good” premiere in Singapore. Ariana Grande, who was walking the yellow brick carpet alongside co-stars Cynthia Erivo, Michelle Yeoh and Jeff Goldblum, appeared startled when Wen grabbed her and jumped up and down. Erivo intervened, pushing Wen away, as security rushed in. Videos of the incident show Erivo and Yeoh comforting Grande while fans asked if she was unharmed.
Following the Singapore incident, Wen was sentenced to nine days in prison for public nuisance and subsequently banned from entering the country. Reports note that Wen has a history of attempting to disrupt major events, including concerts by Katy Perry, The Weeknd and even the Paris Olympics in 2024.
The latest removal from Lady Gaga’s concert has reignited concerns about celebrity security and the growing trend of fan disruptions at high-profile events.
