Cardi B and Offset's divorce continues to unfold amid drama even after the recent birth of the former's son with Stefon Diggs.

Complex recently reported that due to Georgia state law, which stipulates that a woman's husband presumably serves as the woman's child's legal father regardless of biological paternity, Offset could be the legal father of the Cardi's new baby.

Amid the buzz caused by this possibility, Offset allegedly chimed in as well. "My kid lol," he allegedly wrote in a swiftly deleted Instagram Story.

Despite reports, Cardi and Diggs can formally challenge this Georgia state law's assumption in court and the latter can file for legitimation. Until then, Cardi is the only one who can make legal decisions for her baby.

Amid her ex's jab, however, Cardi took to X and called out the harrassment she faces in a now-deleted slew of messages. While she didn't take any direct names, fans speculate that her rant was addressed to Offset as a reaction to his remark.

"Y’all be thinking it’s so funny and it’s not…" the mother of four wrote on the social media platform. "t’s been over a year and I’m still being harassed and threatened to the point that I feel like my life in danger. It's all fun and games until it's too late." "MF’ers do anything for attention and it could get real nasty with just one upload… LEAVE ME TF ALONE."

While the couple has split, they continue to co-parent their two daughters and son amid divorce proceedings.
