Zachery Ty Bryan faces new domestic violence allegations after allegedly assaulting and threatening his girlfriend

Home Improvement actor Zachery Ty Bryan is facing serious allegations of domestic violence once again.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Bryan allegedly punched his then-girlfriend in the head and threatened to kill her during an altercation earlier this year.

The incident reportedly took place on July 3, when the victim told police that Bryan struck her in the right temple after she playfully bit his nipple while they were lying together. Days later, the woman said she feared for her safety following a verbal confrontation during which Bryan allegedly said, “Shut the f*** up or I’m gonna shut you up.”

The woman claimed Bryan grabbed their dog and locked himself in a room before punching the door so hard that it split from its frame. She also alleged that he sprayed the dog in the face with bleach in June, a month before the reported assault.

The couple had been dating for about three months before the victim came forward. Following the allegations, a court issued a five-year restraining order requiring Bryan to stay at least 100 yards away from his ex-girlfriend until September 29, 2030.

This marks yet another entry in the actor’s growing list of legal troubles. Bryan was arrested earlier in 2025 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, for allegedly punching and choking a woman. He was also arrested for domestic violence in 2023 and pleaded guilty to menacing and assault in 2021 after reportedly strangling a previous girlfriend. Additionally, he was charged with a DUI in 2024.

TMZ has reached out to Zachery Ty Bryan for comment, but he has not yet responded.
