Traffic plan devised for cricket series

The Rawalpindi City Traffic Police have issued a comprehensive traffic plan for the upcoming tri-nation cricket series at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

Over 350 officers and personnel will be deployed to ensure smooth traffic flow and facilitate citizens and cricket fans. Special arrangements have been made to divert traffic through alternate routes during the matches and team movements.

Parking facilities have been arranged at three locations, including Civil Aviation Ground Shahin Chowk, Shahbaz Sharif Park near Shahin Chowk, and Government Graduate Degree College Satellite Town. A shuttle service will transport spectators from parking areas to the stadium.

During the teams' arrival and departure, Murree Road will be temporarily closed from Faizabad to Double Road, while traffic from Islamabad will be diverted to the Islamabad Expressway.

Vehicles from Rawalpindi heading to Islamabad will use 6th Road and Saidpur Road.
