Substandard food seized

The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) confiscated 100 kilograms of substandard patisa and harmful materil being used in its production in Lodhran.
During a raid in Bhutta Amir Wala, a PFA food safety team seized the substandard sweet along with a unhygienic ingredients. Laboratory tests confirmed that the confectionery contained substandard ingredients.
The premises were found to be in an unclean state, with food items being prepared in unsafe, contaminated conditions.
An inspection revealed that the product was being packaged with fake labeling for sale in markets.
