Pakistani boxers to get world-class training in Kazakhstan
Pakistan Boxing Federation signed MoU with Kazakhstan Boxing Federation to help Pakistani athletes

The Pakistan Boxing Federation and the Kazakhstan Boxing Federation have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to accelerate boxing development and performance.
The agreement is centered on boxers, and according to it, the Pakistan boxers will get access to world-class training in high-performance environments, consistent top-level sparring, and structured preparation for major international events.
The signing was hosted at the Pakistan Olympic Association Headquarters in Lahore and attended by Muhammad Khalid Mahmood, Secretary General, Pakistan Olympic Association, and the Pakistan Boxing Federation President Lt Col (R) Muhammad Nasir Ijaz Tung, TI(M).
Joining virtually were the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan H.E. Yerzhan Kistafin along with the Kazakhstan Boxing Federation President Shakhmurat Mutalip, and a representative of the Embassy of Kazakhstan Olza Ali Bove. The Pakistan Boxing Federation secretary Major Irfan Younas was also present online with them.

Through this cooperation, Pakistan Boxing Federation and Kazakhstan Boxing Federation will arrange joint training camps and competitions, facilitate exchanges of boxers and coaches, and create opportunities for Pakistani athletes to train in leading Kazakh centers.
The partnership also nurtures women’s and youth boxing so emerging talent can progress along clear pathways and gain exposure to higher competition standards.
