Critical Minerals Forum (USA) President Robert Louis Strayer II, accompanied by United States Charge d'Affaires Natalie Baker met Federal Minister for Finance Muhammad Aurangzeb on Friday.

Both sides explored avenues of cooperation in the minerals and mining sector, enhancing supply chain resilience and promoting responsible and sustainable investment in Pakistan's critical minerals landscape.

The finance minister underscored Pakistan's steady economic trajectory, noting improvements across macroeconomic indicators and governance reforms. "Our priority is fundamental fiscal discipline where capital flows in, remains invested and is safeguarded through sound and transparent policies," he remarked. "This foundation is now translating into improved investor sentiment and positive assessments from international rating agencies."
