Miss Palestine finds a sponsor in Huda Kattan's beauty brand
Collaboration marks a shared stand for resilience, purpose, and visibility on a global stage

US-Iraqi beauty mogul Huda Kattan has voiced her support for Nadeen Ayoub, the first-ever Miss Palestine, who will compete in the 74th Miss Universe pageant this November in Pak Kret, Thailand.
Kattan, founder of Huda Beauty, shared a photo with Ayoub on Instagram, writing, "We're so proud to support the first-ever Miss Palestine @nadeen.m.ayoub to compete in Miss Universe. This moment is so much bigger than pageantry. It's about strength, pride and representation."
Known for her outspoken stance on Palestine, Kattan has used her platforms to raise awareness about Gaza and has donated millions to humanitarian causes. Her brand will sponsor Ayoub's participation, extending its message of purpose-driven beauty.
Ayoub, 27, a wellness advocate and founder of Olive Green Academy and the Sayidat Falasteen Foundation, promotes sustainability and women's empowerment. Having grown up between the occupied West Bank, the US and Canada, she previously competed in Miss Earth 2022 but paused public appearances after the Gaza war erupted in 2023.
Their collaboration marks a convergence of advocacy and representation. "As Palestine endures heartbreak, I carry the voice of a people who refuse to be silenced," Ayoub said earlier. For Kattan, the partnership reinforces her belief that beauty can be "fearless, compassionate, powerful and purpose-driven."
Ayoub's participation this year signals both a cultural and symbolic milestone - a rare moment where pageantry becomes a platform for visibility, resilience and national pride.
