Axl Rose becomes visibly frustrated over a technical issue with his in-ear monitor during Buenos Aires concert

Axl Rose has broken his silence after losing his temper on stage during a Guns N' Roses concert in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The 63-year-old frontman was performing at Estadio Tomás Adolfo Ducó stadium on Saturday when he became visibly frustrated over a technical issue with his in-ear monitor.

In fan-filmed footage uploaded to YouTube, Rose appeared agitated while performing the band's 1987 hit 'Welcome to the Jungle', kicking in the direction of the drum set as sound problems disrupted the performance.

The singer, dressed in black leather, was joined on stage by Slash, Duff McKagan, Richard Fortus and Isaac Carpenter. A source told the Daily Mail that "there were technical difficulties with Axl's in-ear monitors."

He could only hear the percussion instruments—and nothing else, the source said. The issue briefly affected his ability to perform before technicians resolved it. "The tech team was able to fix the issue by the third song and the show went on smoothly."

Insiders clarified that Rose's frustration was not directed at drummer Isaac Carpenter. "It had nothing to do with the drummer who is top notch and great," the source said. Once the issue was corrected, Rose continued the show without further disruption, performing hits including 'Paradise City', 'Sweet Child O' Mine' and 'November Rain'.

The Buenos Aires performance formed part of the band's ongoing Latin American tour, which continues through the end of October.
