Is Kylie Jenner launching a music career?

Is Kylie Jenner preparing to launch a music career? The reality star and beauty mogul has reignited fan speculation after teasing the return of her famed 'King Kylie' era - just days after securing her first Hollywood film role. Kylie shared a cryptic trailer on social media showing herself in handcuffs, escorted by guards through a dimly lit corridor, before the words "King Kylie Tomorrow" appeared on screen.

The clip, captioned "TOMORROW … ON SNAPCHAT," quickly drew comparisons to a music video, leaving fans convinced she is about to debut her first single. The buzz intensified when Kylie retweeted a 2016 post from Charli XCX that read: "i hope kylie jenner becomes a popstar in 2017" - marking the first time she had ever reshared the message. She then fuelled rumours further by reposting another user's comment stating, "I hurd king kylie is coming back."

'King Kylie' originally referred to Jenner's highly publicised 2016–2018 Snapchat era, which documented her teenage life, relationship with rapper Tyga, and the launch of her billion-dollar Kylie Cosmetics empire.

During that period, she released a viral video promoting her lip gloss line, set to the song "3 Strikes" by Terror Jr, sparking widespread speculation that she was secretly behind the vocals.

This new teaser arrives as Jenner's acting career gains momentum. She recently landed her first major film role in 'The Moment', a feature created by Charli XCX and co-produced by A24 Films. The project also stars Alexander Skarsgård, Rachel Sennott, Rosanna Arquette, and Jamie Demetriou. While details of Jenner's music and film ventures remain under wraps, fans are eager to see whether the 'King Kylie' revival signals the official start of her long-rumoured pop career.
