LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) Senator Pervaiz Rasheed has been declared a proclaimed offender by a banking court in Lahore, Express 24/7 reported on Wednesday.

That is real smart - get loans, declare bankrupcy, return second hand machinery purchased from aborad by showing invoices of new machienry, show prices by at least 50% higher than what a new machine would cost, give land and buildings to the bank, land and buildings that costs lakhs and shown as costing millions and enjoy the fruits of hard labor. That is why we made Pakistan.
