LAHORE:

A district court on Friday sought replies from PML-N provincial minister Uzma Bukhari and the investigating officer on a petition challenging the magisterial order that handed over PTI social media activist Falak Javed to the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) on physical remand.

Advocates Mian Ali Ashfaq and Rana Maroof appeared on behalf of Javed, arguing that the magistrate's decision was "contrary to facts" and requested the court to set it aside.
