
Relief operations in flood-affected areas are being carried out by relevant institutions and welfare organizations under the supervision of the National Disaster Management Authority.
So far, national and international welfare organizations have distributed a total of 7,348 tons of relief goods.
NDMA has also mobilized the private sector and industrial institutions and is determining areas for relief activities as per the need.
Medical camps and mobile health Units have also been established while ambulances, tents, hygiene kits and mosquito nets have been provided by welfare organizations in the affected areas.
