Kim Kardashian has joined forces with Nike to launch the NikeSKIMS Collection, a long-term collaboration designed to merge performance sportswear with shapewear-inspired fits.
The debut line, unveiled this week, will be released on September 26 through Nike and SKIMS websites as well as select flagship stores in New York and Los Angeles.
With 58 silhouettes creating more than 10,000 outfit combinations, the collection is described as a “system of dress” offering versatility across sports and everyday movement. NikeSKIMS aims to cater to professional athletes and casual fitness enthusiasts alike, combining sculpting designs with performance fabrics.
The launch campaign, titled “Bodies at Work,” features over 50 Nike athletes. Tennis legend Serena Williams and sprinter Sha’Carri Richardson headline the film, underscoring the collection’s emphasis on inclusivity and cultural impact.
Fabric innovation defines the seven sub-collections. Matte uses Dri-FIT technology tailored for yoga and pilates, while Shine is designed for strength training with quick-drying properties. Airy introduces breathable mesh-inspired styles, and Seamless delivers a vintage aesthetic with modern comfort. Tricot brings track-inspired construction, Weightless offers semi-sheer flexible layers, and Shiny Nylon provides oversized silhouettes with dimensional play.
Sizing spans from XXS to 4X, aligning with SKIMS’ mission of accessibility and inclusivity. Neutral colourways add versatility, ensuring pieces work for both athletic performance and lifestyle wear.
