A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight from Karachi to Islamabad departed after several hours of delay, sparking heated arguments between passengers and the national carrier's ground staff at the airport lounge.
Flight PK-300, scheduled to depart at 7am on Saturday, was grounded due to a sudden technical fault, leaving passengers with boarding passes waiting in the lounge for hours.
After a long wait, passengers' patience ran out, and some confronted PIA staff. They expressed disappointment at the airline's handling of the situation, complaining that they were not informed in time about the fault.
