LPG cylinder explosion
A boy was injured in an explosion caused during the welding of a CNG cylinder in a car on Friday.
The incident took place outside a workshop on Qadam Gah Mola Ali Road. During welding work on the CNG cylinder of a car, the cylinder exploded with a blast, leaving 15-year-old Yasir, son of Naseer Ahmed Abbasi, severely burnt. Locals rushed him to the Burns Ward of Civil Hospital, but he was later shifted to the Intensive Care Unit. Witnesses said the blast was so intense that it was heard over a large distance and caused panic in the surrounding area.
