The position holders were honoured at a ceremony at Fatima Jinnah Women University, attended by Board Chairman Muhammad Adnan Khan, Controller of Examinations Tanveer Asghar, Minister for Railways Hanif Abbasi (chief guest), parliamentarians, education officers, students, and parents.
Hanif Abbasi congratulated the successful students and announced laptops and scholarships on behalf of the Punjab Chief Minister. He also praised the transparency of the results. However, position-holding students criticised the current examination system, terming it outdated.
