GUANGZHOU:

The "World Meets GZ – 2025 Pakistan Business and Investment Exchange Conference" was held on September 12 at the Guangzhou International Cooperation Center (GICC). The event aimed to guide Guangzhou enterprises on entering the Pakistani market through policy insights, project matchmaking, and localised implementation services.

More than 100 representatives from Chinese and Pakistani business associations and enterprises attended the event to explore cooperation opportunities.

In his remarks, Sardar Muhammad, Consul General of Pakistan in Guangzhou, said Islamabad places high importance on ties with China and welcomes investment, especially in manufacturing, energy, and e-commerce. He added that Pakistani entrepreneurs are also showing growing interest in Guangzhou, particularly in home furnishings, IT, and new energy vehicles.
