PESHAWAR:

Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister's spokesperson Faraz Mughal has said that Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur firmly stands with PTI founder Imran Khan and will continue to do so under all circumstances.

Rejecting reports circulated after the PTI parliamentary party meeting, the spokesperson termed the statements attributed to Gandapur as "false and baseless propaganda." He said certain party members were engaged in spreading misinformation and should face disciplinary action.

"Those spreading fabricated propaganda against the Chief Minister are nothing more than political opportunists. The party must expel such snakes in the grass from its ranks," Mughal asserted.

He launched a scathing criticism of PTI leader Mehar Sharafat, saying he had failed to engage with workers in Punjab and had no record of political activity. "Mehar Sharafat falsely claims to be a revolutionary, but in reality, he is a political fraud who hides in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa whenever it suits him, only to malign the province with baseless propaganda," Mughal alleged.

He further said that whenever PTI announces practical steps for Imran Khan's release or plans public gatherings, "seasonal frogs" emerge to create confusion through false campaigns. "These political tricksters resort to propaganda only to cover up their own incompetence and failures," he added.

Reiterating Gandapur's loyalty, the spokesperson said, "Ali Amin does not need a certificate of loyalty from anyone. He is a true soldier of Imran Khan, who has already endured imprisonment and seen his household's privacy violated, yet stood his ground with resilience."

Mughal emphasized that Gandapur reserves the right to take legal action against those responsible for spreading false propaganda, warning that the Chief Minister's unwavering stance with Imran Khan will not change.
