Despite their high-profile relationship, the couple intends to keep their wedding private. A source close to the couple told People, "It will definitely be a private affair and not a spectacle."
The source added that both Swift and Kelce have a close circle of friends and value their privacy.
Kelce proposed with an old mine brilliant cut diamond ring, which Swift is reportedly delighted with. The engagement marks a joyful milestone in an exciting phase for both.
Kelce is currently in his 13th NFL season with the Kansas City Chiefs, while Swift is preparing to release her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, on October 3.
The album, developed during her Eras Tour, reflects a vibrant and dramatic period in her life.
