A short video featuring BTS member Jimin has reignited dating rumors with South Korean actress Song Da-eun, sparking intense debate among fans.

In the clip, Song is seen stepping out of an elevator when Jimin unexpectedly enters. Surprised, he laughs and says, “Oh, you scared me! Did you know I was coming in?” The footage, believed to be filmed at Jimin’s residence in Seoul, quickly went viral online.

‏She’s Jimin’s girlfriend and of course , ARMY and I would be happy for them and wish them a happy life together ، but what’s the point if the girl is the one who posted it when he trusted her?. Jimin, for the future, please have better taste in girls than this ، the most important thing is good character, seriously. #jimin #parkjimin #daeun

The post triggered a wave of backlash from BTS fans, known as ARMY, who accused Song of invading Jimin’s privacy by sharing a personal moment without his consent.

Many expressed outrage, calling it a breach of boundaries. Others, however, defended Song, pointing out that she has faced harassment in the past and arguing that the video may have been old and taken out of context.

This is not the first time Jimin and Song have been linked, as dating speculation between the two has surfaced before. However, neither Jimin nor his agency, HYBE, has released any statement regarding the clip or the renewed rumors.

The situation has fueled heated discussion on social media, highlighting once again the fine line between public curiosity and a celebrity’s right to privacy.
