As Pakistan grapples with one of the deadliest monsoon disasters in recent memory, messages of condolence and solidarity poured in from across the world.

As the nation mourned, world leaders extended their sympathies and support.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a condolence letter to President Asif Ali Zardari, expressed grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Putin conveyed heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the families of the deceased and wished a speedy recovery to the injured. The Russian president also expressed best wishes for the affected families.

Similarly, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia expressed heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the government and people of Pakistan over the loss of lives caused by floods and torrential rains.

In a statement on Saturday, the ministry said that the Kingdom stood in full solidarity with Pakistan during this tragic natural disaster, extending its support to the families of the victims. It further conveyed best wishes for the swift recovery of those injured in the calamity.

Prime Minister of Japan Ishiba Shigeru expressed profound sorrow over the loss of lives in the devastating floods of northern Pakistan.

The Japanese premier, in his condolence message, said he was "deeply saddened" to learn of the tragic deaths and extended his prayers for the victims, along with heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved families, according to the Japan Embassy in Islamabad on Saturday.

"On behalf of the Government of Japan, I pray for the souls of the victims and extend my deepest condolences to the bereaved families. I would also like to express my sincere wishes for the swift recovery of the injured," Prime Minister Ishiba stated.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkiye, in a statement on Saturday, expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives caused by devastating floods in Pakistan. The ministry conveyed heartfelt condolences to the government and people of Pakistan, praying for Allah's mercy on those who lost their lives in the calamity.
