Express News Islamabad Bureau Chief Aamir Ilyas Rana and anchorperson Javed Chaudhry have been conferred the Tamgha-i-Imtiaz for their outstanding services during the Marka-e-Haq.
The awards were presented at a special ceremony held at the Aiwan-e-Sadr where President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif distributed military and civilian honours.
This marks the second time Aamir Ilyas Rana has received the Tamgha-i-Imtiaz in recognition of his exceptional contributions.
