Women’s work: PTI launches membership campaign

Membership campaign was being launched to encourage women to participate in the coming elections.

MULTAN: The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Women’s Wing has formed committees to launch a membership campaign in the district. PTI Women Wing coordinator Dr Robeena Akhtar told reporters that the membership campaign was being launched to encourage women to participate in the coming elections. “We hope to introduce people to the party and its agenda in a comprehensive manner and enlist their support for the coming elections,” she said. “The women’s wing is also working to raise awareness about women’s issues that are being taken up by the PTI leadership,” she added.
