ATTOCK:

An attempt to smuggle a large quantity of drugs from K-P to Punjab was foiled, as Attock police arrested several drug traffickers and registered cases against them.

According to details, police at a checkpoint near Attock Bridge — located at the junction of Punjab and K-P — intercepted Zahid Ashraf, son of Muhammad Ashraf, a resident of Bhaliyan, District Mandi Bahauddin, and recovered 1,200 grams of ice worth millions of rupees.
