Nicholas Hoult attends Superman premiere in Saint Laurent look
Nicholas Hoult appeared at the Superman premiere in Los Angeles dressed in a coordinated look from Saint Laurent’s Fall 2025 menswear collection, styled by Jason Bolden.
The outfit featured a structured black blazer paired with leather trousers, worn with a white shirt, black patent boots, and layered accessories including David Yurman rings and a Jaeger-LeCoultre watch.
According to Bolden, the choice of outfit was directly inspired by Hoult’s role as Lex Luthor.
“The collection just spoke to his character—tough and classic,” he said. “We also wanted to nod to the past Lex Luthors by playing with classic suiting but with a modern approach.”
Hoult’s platinum blond buzzcut, which he first showed during an earlier Jimmy Kimmel Live appearance, remained part of the look.
The hair change has been connected to his upcoming role in the film How to Rob a Bank.
A behind-the-scenes photo diary shared by Vogue showed moments from Hoult’s preparation, including his own description of the leather trousers as “an experiment in chafing.”
As part of the film’s global press tour, Hoult has also been seen in pieces by Tom Ford, Haider Ackermann, Celine, Bottega Veneta, and Prada, maintaining a consistent focus on tailored, high-fashion menswear.
