British singer Jessie J has offered a hopeful update on her cancer journey, revealing on social media that there has been no spread of the disease. The update comes just weeks after she announced her breast cancer diagnosis and underwent a mastectomy in June.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Jessie J shared a video recorded the night before her surgery, captioned with emotional gratitude: “AND. I AM OK. Results = I have NO cancer spread. Happy tears are real.” She also expressed thanks for the overwhelming support she’s received, writing, “Thank YOU for the prayers, the love, the well wishes, the joy and all the positive energy.”

The singer, who had her initial surgery on June 23, noted that while more healing is ahead—including one more procedure to achieve symmetry—she is focusing on gratitude for now.

In her typically candid tone, she joked about her recovery by calling herself “The LopJess monster.”

Jessie had previously sparked hope among fans when she shared a message shortly after surgery suggesting her cancer was “all gone,” but later clarified that she was still awaiting formal results. “The journey of cancer isn’t that simple unfortunately,” she explained at the time.

In the days leading up to her surgery, Jessie also addressed fans directly during a major performance. During her final pre-surgery show at Wembley Stadium, the Grammy-nominated artist became emotional, telling a crowd of 75,000 fans that she was preparing to “beat breast cancer.” She dedicated the moment to her son, partner, parents, and supporters.

Jessie J has long been open about her health struggles, including past diagnoses of Ménière’s disease, miscarriage, and mental health conditions like OCD and ADHD. Her transparency continues to inspire fans as she faces this new chapter with resilience and optimism.
