Hearing of Gandapur case adjourned

ISLAMABAD:

An ATC on Tuesday remarked that K-P CM Ali Amin Gandapur had been declared an absconder, noting that the PTI leader visited various places in Islamabad but failed to appear before the court.

ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Supra adjourned the hearing in the Faizabad protest case. The judge observed that Gandapur, despite residing in Islamabad and attending other courts, had not appeared before the ATC.

During the hearing, accused individuals Wasiq Qayyum Abbasi, Raja Rashid Hafeez, Raja Majid, and others were present in court. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till July 10.
