Ex-lawmaker files post-arrest bail

Former Senator, Chaudhry Tanvir, on Wednesday filed a post-arrest bail application in a sessions court in the murder case of ex-MPA Chaudhry Adnan.

The application, submitted through the counsel, alleges that the charges against him are baseless, with the prosecution lacking evidence. The application has sought the court to grant post-arrest bail and release the applicant. The judge summoned the IO with the case record for the next hearing.
