Kanye West made a brief appearance at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ongoing sex trafficking trial in Manhattan on Friday, June 13, 2025, drawing attention despite his short stay. The 48-year-old rapper arrived alongside Combs’ son, Christian “King” Combs, dressed in an all-white denim outfit with black sunglasses — the same ensemble he wore the previous day.
West was not allowed into the main courtroom, as his name was not on the pre-approved list of friends and family submitted to court marshals. Instead, he proceeded to the 23rd floor to observe proceedings via a video feed in an overflow room. Page Six confirmed the details, and photos showed West shaking a fan’s hand before entering the courthouse.
When approached by reporters, West nodded and confirmed he was there to support Diddy, though he declined to say whether he would testify. According to CNN, West and King Combs have been collaborating on music, and West had coordinated his visit with the Combs family.
Roughly 45 minutes after arriving, West exited the building with King and several security guards. His wife, Bianca Censori, though in New York with him, did not accompany him to court.
West has publicly supported Diddy, who was arrested in September 2024 on charges of sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution, and racketeering conspiracy. In February, he posted “FREE PUFF” on X, formerly Twitter, adding, “All these celebrity n—s and bitches is p—y. Y’all watch our brother rot and never say s—t.”
He also shared a video of a FaceTime call with King, calling for solidarity among families of incarcerated individuals. West later released a now-deleted track featuring Diddy, King, and his daughter North, sparking controversy with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
