This budget-related uncertainty has already led to a significant shortage of supply in the open market, with several items, including cigarettes, being sold on the black market.

All national and international companies have suspended the supply of their products for the past three weeks in anticipation of the budget.

New prices for food and essential goods will be set after the general sales tax and other new taxes are implemented.
