Supermodel Gisele Bündchen has shared a rare glimpse of her newborn son with partner Joaquim Valente in a heartfelt Mother’s Day post on Instagram.
The post also featured her two children with ex-husband Tom Brady—Benjamin and Vivian—as well as Brady’s son, John.
In the emotional message, Bündchen, 44, reflected on the meaning of motherhood, writing, “Sometimes, the most beautiful moments aren’t shared — they’re simply lived.” She also noted that her newborn’s middle name is River, in keeping with her love of nature and water-themed names.
The post included intimate family moments, such as a group hug with Joaquim Valente, the newborn in Gisele’s arms, and a tribute to her late mother, Vânia Nonnenmacher, who passed away in 2024. “Being a mother has been my greatest gift… a journey that humbles me, teaches me, and fills me with gratitude,” she wrote.
Gisele gave birth on February 5 and has since taken a break from high-profile events like the 2025 Met Gala to focus on family life. She’s been spotted in Miami enjoying quiet walks with her baby and dog.
Bündchen, who finalized her divorce from Tom Brady in 2022 after 13 years of marriage, has since embraced a slower lifestyle, recently returning to her yoga practice. She has expressed that the transition to this new chapter has been healing and intentional.
Gisele concluded her post with a message to mothers worldwide, saying, “Your love shapes the world in ways words can’t describe. I honor you. Happy Mother’s Day.”
