Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi have filed miscellaneous petitions in the Islamabad High Court, requesting early hearing of their acquittal pleas in the Toshakhana case 2.
The petitions, submitted through Barrister Salman Safdar and Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry, stated that no hearing has taken place since January 28. They argued that the case was filed with ill-intention and emphasized that "justice delayed is justice denied".
Meanwhile, IHC has fixed for hearing Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi's miscellaneous petitions for early hearing of their appeals in the pounds 190 million case.
