Visiting members of the US Congress on Monday described their ongoing trip to Pakistan as "highly successful" and of significant importance for future bilateral relations.
They hoped that meetings with Pakistan's top political and military leadership would further strengthen ties between the two nations. Speaking about the visit, Congressman Jack Warren Bergman said the importance of Pakistan-US relations was "undeniable" and should not be underestimated in the future.
"The positive outcomes of these relations will not only impact Pakistan and the United States but also bring benefits to other developing regions of the world," he added.
