Fitness influencer Ashton Hall has recently captivated the internet with his detailed early morning routine, prominently featuring Saratoga Spring Water.
The video, titled "The morning routine that changed my life 3:50am to 9:30am," showcases Hall's regimen, including multiple face immersions in ice water and hydration using the distinctive cobalt-blue bottled Saratoga Water. This emphasis has led to a notable increase in the brand's visibility and sales.
In the video, Hall begins his day at 3:50 AM by removing mouth tape, brushing his teeth, and pouring a glass of Saratoga Water. He then proceeds to a series of activities, including push-ups on his balcony, meditation, and repeatedly dunking his face into a bowl of ice water mixed with Saratoga Water.
Later in the routine, he consumes a banana and rubs its peel on his face, attributing various health benefits to these practices. The video has amassed over 40 million views on YouTube, sparking widespread discussion and a flurry of memes across social media platforms.
Social media users have particularly focused on Hall's use of Saratoga Water, leading to a surge in the brand's popularity.
One user humorously noted, "Saratoga water CEO for the next 3 weeks [counting cash]." Another quipped, "The CEO at the Saratoga water company watching the sales skyrocket today." These comments highlight the unexpected marketing boost resulting from Hall's viral routine.

As of 2021, Saratoga Spring Water Company was acquired by BlueTriton Brands, a Connecticut-based investment firm formerly known as Nestlé Waters North America.
Adam Madkour, the CEO and sole shareholder at the time, expressed optimism about the acquisition, stating, "We believe BlueTriton's leadership and resources will position SSWC's products for growth while enabling the company to continue producing the high-quality, premium products we are known for."
He added, "We look forward to our partnership with BlueTriton, who shares our commitment, mission and long-held philosophy of service and corporate responsibility."
The virality of Hall's morning routine underscores the influential power of social media personalities in shaping consumer behavior and trends. While some viewers question the practicality of his methods, the increased attention and sales for Saratoga Water demonstrate the tangible impact such exposure can have on a brand.
