"People belonging to all religions in Pakistan are celebrating their holy days and festivals together, in line with the thoughts and ideas of Quaid-e-Azam," said the Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Kheal Das Kohistani while visiting the Quaid's Mazar on the occasion of Pakistan Day.
He said that Muslims are fasting in the holy month of Ramazan. At the same time, the festival of Holi came, which the Hindu community celebrated with traditional enthusiasm. Our Christian brothers are observing Lent, a period of reflection and fasting. The Parsi community celebrated Nowruz yesterday. All this is proof that people of all religions live in peace and harmony in Pakistan.
