A meeting of the board of directors of the PIA Holding Company is scheduled for today.
According to reports, the board will approve the semi-annual audit report for June 2024 and review the new draft and objectives related to the privatization of the national airline.
The meeting will also assess the resumption of flight operations to the UK following the restoration of European routes. Preparations for restarting UK flight operations will be reviewed.
The PIA management will brief board members on the airline's domestic and international properties. Sources said discussions will also include PIA's operational fleet and other key matters.
